Thank You Waterfall Card

This is my waterfall card I did for one of my summer stamp camps. I used Artful Asian stamp set, mellow moss, pretty in pink and very vanilla.
Such a simple card.
Have a good evening and God Bless You All
Christmas is Coming
I haven’t posted lately because I need to reduce the size of pixels my pictures are and to do this, I need my laptop which I don’t have access to during the day. But tonight I promise there will be a new project for all to see.
Even though Halloween isn’t here and Thanksgiving is stil around the corner, this weekend is our Christmas Stamp Camp. Sam the Boy Dog is all ready and I’m getting there. He is always so ahead of me when it comes to getting ready. He is all washed and ready to lick, lick and lick anybody who let him. Now all we have to do is start our creative brain working. I think it’s gonna be a long night on Friday, but those are always so much fun.
Have a great day and God Bless You All
Pumpkin Flower Pot

Please excuse the background for these little pumpkins. We created these little desk centerpieces for each member of the staff. I had so much fun watching April make these and then in the end, creating some myself. They were really easy. Just get the little pumpkins from the store, some artificle or real flowers. These are artificle flowers and we just used hot glue to attach them to the pumpkin. If you use real flowers, I’d drill a hole, add a little (very little) water and then put the real flowers inside. Great center piece for Thanksgiving if you use goards.
Enjoy and God Bless You All
Punches, Punches and Halloween
Not Too Scary
Halloween, this weekend will be spent making little spiders and lots of Frankenstein Treat bags. These little guys went to work with along with 35 of their other spider friends and 14 other Frankensteins. They were going to new homes for my bosses family and friends. It is so much fun to make little treat holders when you know children are gonna get them.
To make the spiders, all you need is the circle scallop punch, the photo corner punch, the 1/2" punch and the 1/4" punch, then just put it together as shown and presto, there are your spiders. And they are not even scary.
For the Frankenstein box, follow these instructions.
Using an 8 1/2 x 11" piece of Green Galore paper. Score on the 8 1/2" side at 2". Score at the 11" side at 2", 5", 7" and 10". Cut the score lines so you can fold the bottom of the box up.
The hair is Elegant Eggplant cut at 3" and 1 1/2". then just cut the to create the hair. For the eyes. I used the 1" punch to create the white of the eyes and the 1/2" punch for the black part of the eyes. His nose is the round tab punch cut in 1/2 and the edges are sponged with Green Galore. Again just put the little guy together. His mouth was made with a black marker.
Hope you enjoy these cute little guys. I’ll have more Halloween Treats tomorrow.
Sleep tight and God Bless You All
Baking, Baking and More Baking
Well this weekend was not filled with stamping, it was filled with the smell of chicken pot pie, chicken corn soup, and then the sweet smell of 16 loaves of zucchini bread and 2 pumpkin rolls.
The chicken pot pie is our son’s favorite. When it was snowy and cold outside, that meant bring on the chicken and start boiling. Here is the recipe. It’s so easy.
Chicken and Dumps
Add 6-8 cups of water to a large pot, add 2-3 chicken breasts (I use the chicken breast with the skin on to help create the broth, remove the meat from the bones and add back into the broth) 2-3 teaspoons salt (mostly to taste)
To make the dumps 1 cup flour, 1 egg, 1/4 cup milk, 1 teaspoon salt. Mix all ingredients together. Flour counter surface and roll the dough flat. Cut the dough into squares and add to the boiling chicken broth. Let simmer for approx. 1 to 2 hours. Heat and enjoy. This is also good warmed up.
I’ll give the other recipes soon. But what wonderful memories this and all my other recipes bring back. The Chicken and dumps go back to my childhood and watching my mom roll the dough and how we couldn’t wait to eat them. She would add potatoes to her dumps and we were always so disappointed when we got a potato instead of the dumps, but it was always so wonderful on our very cold winter evenings.
Have a good evening and God Bless You All
Just a Note
I do have another post. but need to find some information I need with it, so will post it as soon as possible. Have a good evening and
God Bless You All
Harvest Home - October Stamp Camp Project
.jpg)
This card was my Thanksgiving Card for my October Stamp Camp this last weekend. To create this card I used the following Stampin’ Up! product.
Stamp Set - Harvest Home and With Gratitude
Card Stock - Baja Breeze, Always Artichoke, Really Rust, Very Vanilla.
Stamp Pads - Versamark, Stazon (Black). Pumpkin Pie, Summer Son, Old Olive, Ruby Red, Creamy Carmel,Old Olive
Accessories - Blender Pens, Gold Embossing Powder, Dimensionals, Crystal Effects, Sponge. (Heat Gun to heat the embossing powder)
Directions; Cut Baja Breeze in half to create the card base 8 1/2 x 5 1/2. Score at 4 1/4. Cut Always Artichoke at 5 1/4" x 4". and another piece of 3 1/2" x 3 1/2". Cut the Really Rust at 3 3/4" x 5" (tear the right hand side of the Really Rust) Cut the Very Vanilla for the 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" piece for the picture and scraps to get however many leaves you desire on the side of the card.
With Black Stazon, stamp your design on the Very Vanilla Cardstocknder pen to color in your design. I used the Pumpkin Pie and the Summer Sun for the pumpkin, Ruby Red for the barn and Creamy Carmel for the barn roof and the acorns.
The leaves on the really rust cardstock were stamped with Versamark and embossed with Gold Embossing Powder, Then use the blender pen and color the inside of the leaves with Ruby Red to give them a richer look.
For the leaves on the right side of the card, I stamped the 2 smallest leaves from the With Gratitude Stamp Set, with Versamark and then used the Gold Embossing Powder. Using the sponge, sponge Ruby Red, Pumpkin Pie, Summer Sun and Old Olive to get the autumn colors for the leaves.
Assemble as shown on the picture and you’re done.
I’ll be posting another card in a few minutes.
Thank you for looking
God Bless You All

Birthday Boxes
This Birthday Box is one of the birthday boxes I make each month for the staff I work with. This box is Ruby Red Stampin’ Up! card stock with whisper white and the Bella Rose designer series paper. I used the new extra large oval punch and then the large oval punch. The Birthday phrase is in the Upsy Daisy stamp set also from Stampin’ Up! The ribbon I used is Pretty In Pink.
This was so much fun to make and everybody loves them at work. I will post each month my birthday box. I decided I can’t do 20 of the same one, so it’s a surprise when I come up with new ones each month.
Enjoy this post. Hope you have a good evening and God Bless You All
